What we collect

Contact form: first name, last name, email address, the service you are interested in where given, and your message.

Subsidy calculator: the details you enter about your project and, if you request a quote, your name, email address, phone number and address.

Server logs: when you visit the site, technically necessary data such as your IP address, the date and time of access and the browser used are processed in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

What we use it for

Solely to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote and get back to you. We do not use your data for advertising and do not pass it to third parties for advertising purposes.

Legal basis

For the contact form and the calculator: your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the performance of pre-contractual measures under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

For server logs: our legitimate interest in operating the website securely under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. If your enquiry leads to an order, the statutory retention periods for business records apply.

Recipients

Within our company your data is passed only to the people handling your enquiry. In addition, our hosting provider processes the data on our behalf, bound by our instructions and on servers within the European Union.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. No tracking services, no web analytics and no social media plugins are embedded. That is also why you see no cookie banner.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing and to data portability.

You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to info@chaud-froid.lu.
